Our Cutting Unit contains well decorated and full compliant production floor with 8 (Eight) nos. 50’x8’ cutting tables. 5 (Five) electric cutter machines, big size cut penal quality check table and enough number of skilled manpower. Daily Production Capacity : 25,000 Pcs.
Our sewing unit consists of highly skilled manpower, particularly our operators have multidimensional skill to operate any top critical processes.. At this moment, our sewing capacity is around 20,000 pcs.
Our Finishing Unit is enriched with adequate skilled and dynamic manpower. The unit has separate Packing Area (metal free zone/C.PAT), Spot Removing, Thread Sucking, Steam Ironing, Poly-Folding and Cartooning areas. This unit has a well planned Production Flow set up.
